I love to explore, to ask questions, and to discover what others knew all along. What I have learned along the way is that if we want to build something that will outlast the latest trend or the newest shallow boss, we have to focus on what motivates us – what is our why? To do this, we have to move beyond the shallow, the things in this world that distract us. We have to go deeper, to discover who we are and whose we are.

Today, in this broken world of ours, we need people like you and me, people who want more for people, not from them. People who believe at the very core, most people are good and doing the best they can with what they have.

Who are you? Whose are you? What are your gifts? What talents do you have? How can you be a part of building something meaningful, beautiful, and true that will live on long after us?

I firmly believe that only when we are anchored in love, we can be a part of building a better world.

Here at Anchored to Build, I hope to motivate us to be always anchored in our why so that we can gather our gifts, creativity, and voices to build a community where everyone knows they have gifts that they can use to make this world better.
